At Deloitte Digital Singapore, my task was to bring together strategists, data scientists, creatives, designers, architects, and engineers to solve our clients’ biggest challenges and transform their customer journeys.

My Approach

Creativity across the enterprise.
Creativity is not only an outside-in perspective; it’s needs an inside-out one to supplement. In each organization I partner with, there are hidden creatives. They may not have a creative title, they may be an engineer, they may think differently, have a different perspective, and they're influenced by things their customers might be seeing. For both the visible and hidden creatives, in both the consultancy as well as within our client's organization, I created the space and freedom to put themselves out there.

The Outcome

Creativity isn’t always about winning.
Creativity is about learning. It is this notion of a lot of perspectives coming together, where people are open, willing to learn, and willing to listen. Sometimes you have to fail to learn, sometimes you have to take risks. People always intuitively want to play it safe. All of that has led to this gap in design decision making, from the CMO down. For both the consultancy and the organizations it partnered with, we succeeded to strike the right balance of driving growth and being creative.

• Leadership and development for Deloitte's 40+ Customer Strategy, Applied Design and Digital Marketing team members

• Lead the Design and Client Engagement to deliver Deloiite Singapore's first mixed use mobile app project; CDL's CityNexus

• Supported both the business development and project delivery for Deloitte's regional Healthcare, Government, Telecom, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Energy, Mining and Nutrition portfolios
